MISS USA STATE DELEGATES
Women who are or have been married, as well as women who are pregnant or have children, are able to compete. There is no age limit!
- Must have been born during the year 2007 or before.
- Must never have participated in a previous national MISS USA Pageant.
MISS TEEN USA STATE DELEGATES
- Must have been born during the years of 2007-2011.
- Must never have participated in a previous national MISS TEEN USA Pageant.
- Must not be married, never have been married, and never have had a marriage annulled. Must never have given birth to a child, can not be pregnant or be a parent.
ALL DELEGATES
- Must be of good health and moral character.

Must be recognized medically and legally as a female in the United States, and at least one of the following three statements must be true:

Thank you for your interest in competing in the MISS NORTH DAKOTA USA, MISS SOUTH DAKOTA USA, MISS IOWA USA, MISS MINNESOTA USA, MISS WISCONSIN USA and their Teen USA counterparts—official preliminaries to the MISS USA and MISS TEEN USA national competitions.
