Kelly McCoy

State Director & Executive Producer
The Miss USA Organization is proud to announce the appointment of Kelly McCoy as the State Director for five Miss USA state competitions.

Kelly McCoy brings over 25 years of experience in the pageant industry and is recognized as one of the most respected and passionate voices in modern pageantry. A nationally acclaimed leader and personal development strategist, Kelly is known for guiding women to become their most confident, authentic selves. Her extensive background includes serving as a director, consultant, choreographer, judge, stylist, red carpet emcee, competitor, model, actress, and proud pageant mom to a national titleholder.

“Pageantry has the power to unlock confidence and purpose,” said McCoy. “I’ve seen firsthand how these experiences transform lives, and I’m deeply honored to continue that legacy through intentional mentorship and empowered leadership.”

As State Director, Kelly brings a forward-thinking approach centered on growth, inclusion, and sisterhood. Her leadership emphasizes real-world confidence, creating opportunities that help women rise and thrive—both on and off the stage.

Under her direction, the five Miss USA state competitions will continue to elevate and celebrate diversity, leadership, and purpose-driven excellence.

Kelly is based in West Des Moines, Iowa, where she leads a trusted team of professionals who share her passion for making pageantry a powerful launchpad for leadership, connection, and lifelong growth. She is also a devoted wife, mother of two, and sports mom—always cheering for the next generation of women leaders.

Alissa Morrison

Operations Director

Alissa Morrison is a former Miss Iowa USA and rising force in live event production, known for her ability to blend elegance, strategy, and show-stopping execution. With a background in business and marketing, she has spent the past several years leading high-impact events across the nonprofit and entertainment industries. Alissa currently serves as Director of Events for Warrior Rising, where she produces national programs that spotlight veteran entrepreneurs and create lasting impact. A passionate advocate for women stepping into their power, she’s excited to return to the pageant world—this time behind the scenes—bringing heart, vision, and just the right amount of sparkle.

English Fiscus

Production Coordinator

English Fiscus graduated from Iowa State University with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. She currently resides in West Des Moines, IA and works in the private sector. She is a pageant veteran, placing as a semi-finalist at Miss Iowa USA multiple times and winning a national title – World’s Glamorous Miss 2012. In addition to pageants, she spent several years modeling, signed with a local agency. She has modeled for many local Des Moines publications and businesses, walked the runway in Austin Fashion Week, modeled for dress designers in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart and appeared in Traditional Home Magazine’s Fall Fashion Comes Home spread in 2014. In her free time, she loves helping at her family’s farm and traveling.

Jenny Valliere

Emcee

Jenny Valliere is the Midday On-Air Personality and Assistant Program Director for 101.9 The Mix radio in Chicago. Currently residing in downtown Chicago with her husband, Aaron, Jenny hails from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she obtained her degree in Communications and Public Relations from Mount Mercy University. With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Jenny has held positions as a radio host as well as on-camera host for Minnesota Twins affiliates, the Cedar Rapids Kernels, and USHL hockey team, the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders. Notably, Jenny held the title of Miss Iowa USA 2018. During her reign, she engaged in advocacy work for children facing adversity, visiting various schools and organizations. Jenny’s dedication to aiding at-risk youth led her to become a volunteer mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
